Your Role as a Service Repair Options Specialist:

  • Evaluate existing data to establish standard job procedures, repair alternatives, flat rate exchange discrepancies, and maintenance programs.
  • Offer insights and suggestions to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Managers, Advisors, and Product Support Managers to develop, maintain, and revise standard job procedures.
  • Adjust standards as necessary and disseminate updates through our internal systems.

Understanding Standard Jobs:

A standard job encompasses the labor and components required to replace a part or conduct maintenance on machinery or equipment.

Qualifications for the Service Repair Options Specialist:

  • 1-3 years of pertinent experience in the Service Repair or Machinery Parts sector.
  • A strong mechanical understanding.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities across all teams within the organization.
  • Capability to collect and interpret data to produce written documentation.
