Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.


Requirements:
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A people-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • The ability to multi-task and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • A Property and Casualty license must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A Life and Health license must also be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.


Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
