We are seeking a dynamic MSN-prepared Nurse for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact and liaison for all clinical sites associated with the campus.
- Establish and secure the necessary clinical sites to implement the nursing programs' clinical components.
- Gather suggestions for potential clinical sites from faculty, administration, and staff, and conduct assessments of these sites in relation to curricular and course outcomes.
- Conduct site visits during student experiences to ensure compliance with clinical affiliation agreements.
- Build effective business relationships and facilitate clear communication with clinical leadership.
- Ensure the full implementation of the clinical component of the nursing programs by securing appropriate clinical sites.
- Collaborate with course faculty to coordinate and arrange preceptorship experiences.
- Meet regularly with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Campus Executive Director to anticipate clinical site needs in the market.
- Represent the College positively in all interactions with clinical facilities, faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
- Complete assessments of potential sites through visits, census evaluations, and course feedback.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for future site utilization.
- Organize and facilitate Clinical Appreciation Day events.
- Oversee the ordering and distribution of appreciation gifts for clinical facilities.
- Establish and participate in regular meetings with all clinical sites.
- Communicate any issues, concerns, and needs related to clinical site usage with the Director of Nursing promptly.
- Conduct quarterly site visits during clinical experiences to observe and evaluate the curriculum's clinical component.
- Maintain awareness of student and faculty evaluations of clinical sites to determine their appropriateness for implementing the curriculum's clinical component.
- Share results with clinical sites professionally, aiming to enhance the educational experience and quality of care provided.
- Coordinate Career Fairs at the College and clinical sites.
- Recruit faculty to expand the College's roster of potential educators.
- Accept equipment donations for campus nursing laboratories.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of full-time nursing practice as a Registered Nurse or equivalent part-time experience.
- Prior teaching experience in a professional nursing program is preferred.
- Active, unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
