Compensation and Benefits

• A salary range of $240,000 to $275,000+ per annum, depending on experience

Job Description
As a qualified Psychiatrist, you will be an integral member of our multi-disciplinary care team. Your responsibilities will include providing leadership and direction in a team-based, client-centered approach to treatment, developing and approving care plans, and participating in regular team meetings. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 100% outpatient care, working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care conferences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality protocols
• Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based treatments, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:
• Current Board Certification or Eligibility in Psychiatry from a recognized medical board
• Valid Ohio Medical License
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
