Job Title: CVD Echosonography Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CVD Echosonography Tech to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a key member of our cardiovascular diagnostic team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

About the Role:

The CVD Echosonography Tech will be responsible for performing non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic tests using echocardiography equipment. You will use your expertise to analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information, and communicate findings to physicians. Your independent judgment and critical thinking skills will be essential in accurately differentiating between normal and pathologic findings.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
  • Registry (RDCS or RCS) eligible and achieved within six months of training completion
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography License preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred
