Job Title: CVD Echosonography Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CVD Echosonography Tech to join our team at ProHealth Care. As a CVD Echosonography Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

The CVD Echosonography Tech will be responsible for performing non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic tests, using cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, diagnostic information and images. You will analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history from both patient and provider, and communicate findings to the appropriate physician.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
  • Registry (RDCS or RCS) eligible and achieved within six months of training completion
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography License preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred
