In this capacity, you will be tasked with the design and execution of trade and consumer initiatives for prominent retail chains and key accounts. Your responsibilities will encompass collaboration with various teams, budget management, program oversight, and support for strategic planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop impactful trade and consumer initiatives that align with corporate objectives
  • Work alongside key account and portfolio teams to tackle market challenges and seize opportunities
  • Oversee budget management, agency collaborations, and program production specifics
  • Ensure the timely creation of program materials and communication assets
  • Engage cross-functionally to formulate compliant and effective plans
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals
  • Address ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • 3-6 years of experience in Trade & Consumer marketing
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
