The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in operations management and a combination of 7 years of management or supervisory experience in a transit environment. Key responsibilities include effectively managing customer relations, identifying and training location staff, overseeing vehicle maintenance and safety programs, and maintaining client contact to meet or exceed expectations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures, interacting with the bridges committee, and participating in labor and employee relations activities. A college degree or equivalent business management experience is required, as well as strong analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a high degree of multi-tasking skills. Additional duties and responsibilities may be based on individual contract requirements.
