Job Overview

CUSA, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day management of our dual property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager with accounting and reporting, staff needs and schedules, property upkeep and safety guidelines, brand standards, and training.
  • Work at least two desk shifts a week, with the ability to cover additional shifts as needed.
  • Be on call to handle any needs that may arise when the General Manager is unavailable.
  • Assist the General Manager in overall operations for the dual properties.
Requirements
  • Experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on operations management.
  • Previous experience as an AGM or front desk supervisor is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team of 6 or more.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Fosse PMS is essential.
  • Ability to make schedules, supervise a team, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Marriott MGS familiarity is highly desirable.
