About the Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing is working with a large apparel firm seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. This organization is well-established and handles global distributions, offering a competitive salary with excellent benefits and opportunities for upward movement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and reconcile retailer deductions, credits, payments, and invoice information to ensure accurate representation in the general ledger.
  • Obtain supporting documentation and update division and type/reason codes for proper accounting.
  • Collect outstanding invoices and negotiate exemptions with retailers.
  • Properly assign deductions for accurate recording in the reserve accounts.
  • Interpret shipping documents and reconcile liability for missing goods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of AR/related experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • High volume chargeback experience.
  • Big box store experience is a plus.
  • BA Degree is a plus.
