Qualifications We Seek:
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development Associate (CDA) is preferred.
- Must possess a CPL 3 certification or higher.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Communicable Disease training are required.
- Compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding education, experience, immunizations, and health and safety training is essential.
- A valid driver's license is necessary if driving duties are part of the role.
