Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic nursing care to residents, including personal care needs, preparation for activities, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Work under the direction of licensed nurses to perform basic nursing procedures and assist with daily tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in geriatric care.

Requirements:

  • Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a CNA in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
