Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee safety and readiness during daily briefings
  • Maintain professional interactions with team members, suppliers, and clients
  • Assist in the development of pricing structures and proposals
  • Engage in weekly safety and leadership discussions
  • Manage schedules and forecasts for client portfolios
  • Guide and train team members
  • Review and amend timesheets as necessary
  • Supervise daily field operations

Required Training and Certifications:

  • 3A and 3B Applicators Certification
  • First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Indiana Accredited Horticulturist Certification
  • Backflow Certification
  • NALP - Landscape Management Certification
  • NALP - Principles of Turfgrass Management Certification
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • CCS Card

Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of landscape design and horticulture
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Completion of necessary certifications within one year
