  • Ensure portfolio operations are functioning within financial parameters established in the budget.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperation among team members.
  • Maintain regular attendance and be available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Analyze and critique monthly P&Ls to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain high levels of staff relations, including hosting regular appreciation events.
  • Collaborate with the corporate revenue manager to ensure rate structures and participate in weekly revenue calls.
  • Develop and implement bonus plans and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.
