Position Responsibilities:

This role is crucial in ensuring cleaner and healthier spaces for our clients through the following key duties:

  • Stay informed about processes, supplies, and equipment
  • Onboard and train new staff members
  • Conduct routine quality assessments to meet both our and client standards
  • Provide coaching and retraining for employees needing additional support
  • Facilitate employee success during Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
  • Manage supply distribution for staff
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and team members
  • Fill in for absent employees as needed
  • Independently manage project work when required
  • Lead project initiatives when necessary
  • Coordinate staffing for project assignments
  • Create order lists for management
  • Monitor and update inventory
  • Assist in developing new documentation as requested
  • Create task sheets for new accounts
  • Revise existing documentation as necessary
  • Help maintain organization in office and supply areas
  • Update employee timekeeping systems and schedules
  • Conduct bi-weekly audits of timekeeping systems for payroll
  • Perform daily check-ins with your supervisor
  • Participate in quarterly self-performance reviews (KPIs)
  • Conduct routine audits of janitorial accounts
  • Collaborate with management monthly to ensure employee productivity aligns with standards

Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Constantly (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is advantageous but not required
  • On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment are critical
  • Contribute positively to the team effort by being punctual and in uniform
