Position Summary

The Pace MN-Field team is looking for a driven individual to fill the role of an entry-level Project Support Specialist. This position is essential in providing both project and administrative assistance to our Air and Water sampling divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in transitioning projects from sales, maintaining client communication, organizing project details, responding to client inquiries, managing final report processes, and handling routine invoicing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by directing client inquiries to the appropriate Project Manager.
  • Assist the sales team with client onboarding, credit establishment, processing purchase orders, and requesting Certificates of Insurance.
  • Collaborate with Field & Laboratory teams on supply procurement, equipment rentals, tracking orders, and managing packing slip receipts.
  • Provide support to Accounts Receivable by supplying invoice copies and assisting with collections.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as shipping, copying, filing, maintaining documentation, archiving, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
  • This role offers the opportunity to develop skills and strengths, allowing the individual to carve their own career path.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Essential Skills:

  • Must maintain a drug-free status.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
