Lead Technician Role Overview:
  • Leverage your expertise to troubleshoot drivability and electrical systems

  • Conduct vehicle road tests prior to and following service interventions
  • Perform inspections in accordance with company protocols and communicate findings to management
  • Provide support to fellow technicians in diagnostic and repair procedures
  • Effectively convey mechanical diagnoses to non-technical personnel
  • Execute advanced repair operations across various automotive disciplines
  • Maintain awareness of mechanical issues and collaborate with store management
  • Stay informed about new technical developments and participate in formal training
  • Maintain necessary certifications and licenses
  • Adhere to all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure the service center remains clean and organized
Physical Requirements:
  • Handling tires with varying weights and forces
  • Performing flat repairs, tire mounting, balancing, and wheel rotations
  • Conducting oil changes, alignments, fluid services, brake services, and air conditioning inspections
  • Maintaining a well-structured and efficient work environment
Work Environment:
  • Exposure to diverse temperatures and working conditions
  • Safely and effectively handling chemicals, tools, and equipment
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and technical abilities
  • Valid driver's license and relevant automotive repair experience
  • Preference for A.S.E certifications
  • Compliance with certification and licensing standards
