Our North American headquarters is located in Novi, Michigan, where we lead in the specification, design, development, validation, and production launch of advanced vehicle and powertrain systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in marketing and communication initiatives through editorial tasks, including research and content publication across various platforms.
  • Contribute original posts and articles with guidance from the IAV team.
  • Develop and publish topic packages, such as landing pages or press kits.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and revision of presentations.
  • Manage the editorial calendar effectively.
  • Conduct data collection and facilitate information sharing.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally.
  • Oversee media monitoring and compile internal newsletters.
  • Organize and upload documents to a knowledge database.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Media.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week while balancing academic commitments.
  • Strong storytelling and design sensibility.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Genuine interest in technical subjects.
