Key responsibilities include welcoming incoming visitors, answering phone and email inquiries, booking appointments, and maintaining confidentiality of client and school information. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to faculty and staff, oversee the smooth operation of the space, and ensure compliance with school policies. Responsibilities:

* Welcome incoming visitors and answer phone and email inquiries
* Book appointments and respond to inquiries
* Maintain confidentiality of client and school information
* Provide administrative support to faculty and staff
* Oversee the smooth operation of the space
* Ensure compliance with school policies

Requirements:

* Friendly and outgoing personality
* Excellent communication skills
* Discretion and ability to remember and act on important details
* Proficient in English and computer literacy
* Keyboard skills 45wpm+
