Chief Technology Officer for EMEA

Role Overview
As the Field CTO for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in guiding IT and Security leaders as they work to create secure and efficient online experiences for their clientele. Within our CTO organization, you will serve as a trusted advisor, illuminating pathways for clients and influencing their strategic and operational decisions.
In this capacity, you will also act as a public representative for our organization, engaging with industry stakeholders at conferences, media events, and analyst discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in technology and security, providing insights to executives on how to remain competitive.
- Build and nurture relationships with executives through both virtual and in-person interactions, leveraging your network to promote our organization.
- Play a significant role in introducing our latest innovations through various channels, including media, blogs, and analyst engagements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering executive-level support and collaborating with regional leadership to develop growth strategies.
- Be prepared to travel as necessary, immersing yourself in the challenges and opportunities faced by clients and relaying their feedback to our teams.
- Establish strategic relationships with senior leaders, becoming an essential partner in their technology adoption and business success.
- Contribute to vital business initiatives, including reviews, pipeline generation, and deal closure support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an IT executive (e.g., VP, CIO, CTO).
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise IT, startups, software development, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity operations and IT governance, with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Expertise in cloud-based IT delivery models and guiding clients through digital transformations.
- A forward-thinking individual recognized as an authority in cybersecurity.
- Strong presence on social media and digital platforms.
- Experience in client-facing roles, adept at explaining strategic concepts related to digital transformation.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A thought leader who produces impactful technical content and engages with senior executives.
- A dynamic speaker with a track record of captivating audiences at industry events.
- Fluency in English and another relevant language to facilitate effective communication.
