We are seeking a technical co-founder to join our innovative hardware and software venture. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in both hardware and software development, thriving in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape and implement the company's technical vision and strategic roadmap.
- Lead the development of both hardware and software solutions, including conducting market analysis, designing prototypes, and overseeing production and quality assurance.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Work in close partnership with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business goals.
- Act as a technical advisor and thought leader, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in hardware and software development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
Strong technical acumen, including expertise in hardware design and prototyping, as well as proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
Experience in leading and managing engineering teams, with the ability to provide mentorship and guidance.
An entrepreneurial mindset, with a readiness to embrace new challenges and adapt to evolving circumstances.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
