Customer Experience Specialist

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient rental experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide superior customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Rental Process: Facilitate the rental process, verifying and documenting all necessary driver information to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Product and Service Offerings: Offer company-approved services and products to customers, providing a positive experience and promoting our brand.
- Branch Operations: Maintain the appearance of the exit booth and surrounding areas, ensuring a neat and orderly image that reflects positively on our company.
- Supply Management: Ensure that the exit booth is stocked with necessary supplies to meet customer needs.
- Customer Interaction: Provide undivided attention to customers, making eye contact and greeting them warmly, and thanking them at the conclusion of all transactions.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively and efficiently resolve customer service issues, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- Customer Service Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible part-time schedule of up to 40 hours/week.
