We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team as Expanded Learning Program Instructors. As an instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of students by leading academic, physical, and enrichment activities in our Pittsburg expanded learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain the emotional well-being of students
  • Provide a safe and inclusive environment
  • Be a positive role model for students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that support school day learning
  • Run community circles based on restorative practices
  • Collaborate with students to support their learning and development
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or higher, or 48 or more college units, or High School Diploma or GED and pass Instructional Aide exam
  • No experience required
  • Ability to reliably commute to Pittsburg, CA
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and TB test
  • Commitment to education equity and leadership
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
