Behavior Management Specialist

Join the Children's Guild Inc. team as a Behavior Management Specialist and contribute to the development of positive behavior intervention models in our schools. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers, staff, and students to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement behavior management strategies to promote positive student behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create individualized behavior plans for students.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior management plans and make recommendations for improvement.
- Masters degree in a related field, such as special education or psychology.
- Experience working with students with behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
