  • Maintain continuous documentation of each child's progress and conduct parent meetings.

Desired Knowledge and Skills

  • Understanding of the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children aged 3-5.
  • Ability to plan and facilitate engaging explorations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective classroom management abilities.
  • A nurturing demeanor complemented by a sense of humor.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous.
