Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Behavior Tech/Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide supervision and support to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting a positive and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and supervision to clients, including assistance with daily activities, chores, and group participation.
- Ensure client safety by using verbal de-escalation techniques and CPI methods as needed.
- Facilitate daily schedules, including activities, groups, and events, to promote a sense of community and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with treatment teams and provide updates on client progress.
- Provide transportation to clients for community outings and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- H.S. Degree or GED required; bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred.
- Previous experience in behavioral health treatment settings with adolescents is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance coverage for driving company vehicles.
- Competitive salary range: $18.00/hr - $23.22/hr
