Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence by working in strategic areas of the business, both back-of-house and front-of-house, to exemplify ideal behavior and identify training needs.
  • Create training initiatives based on identified restaurant needs, new product and system rollouts.
  • Intake new hires and oversee their first 30 days in the business.
  • Work directly alongside new hires to provide on-the-job training and ensure readiness for success.
  • Develop aspiring leaders and provide a clear growth path for team members to advance through all tiers of leadership.
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety.
  • Increase overall restaurant results by working cross-functionally with other department leaders through regular meetings and setting collaborative goals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or teaching.
  • Assertive and friendly personality.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Hospitality experience (preferred).
  • Passion for Cooper Connect's values.
  • Full-time availability.
