We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at Lids. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of associates, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
