Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns
- Utilize Salesforce to create and manage service work orders, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with builders, sales representatives, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and expectations are met
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education and/or business certifications preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the cabinet industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including Word and Excel; experience with AS400 and Salesforce a plus
