Staff Nurse

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare environment.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the MICU
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities
- New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an RN
- Basic Life Support Training
- Infection Control Training
- Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
- Associates in Nursing Required
