Community Manager Job Description

At RPM Living, we're looking for a skilled Community Manager to oversee business operations at one of our apartment communities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless resident relations, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plans.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise on-site staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain the highest standards for resident service.
  • Assist in budget preparation and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
Requirements:
  • Three plus years of related multi-family property management experience.
  • Experience with YARDI software is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
  • A current, valid Driver License is required.
Work Environment:

This role is based on-site, primarily in an office setting, but may require occasional time outside with exposure to the elements.
