Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of credit and collateral of borrowers, focusing on data collection and analysis.
  • Validate borrower compliance with the Loan & Security Agreement.
  • Perform comprehensive financial, operational, valuation, and transactional analyses.
  • Assist in underwriting modifications or renewals for borrowers and present deals to the credit committee.
  • Complete thorough borrower risk assessments.
  • Maintain data integrity in internal bank systems related to financials and other key information.
  • Produce high-quality internal deliverables.
  • Collaborate with management teams of portfolio companies to understand performance and financial needs.
  • Travel to client sites to gather information and build relationships.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience or public accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or higher.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness necessary to complete in-depth industry and market analyses.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
  • Above-average knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail.

Salary Range: $59,000 - $80,106.00 USD; Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with geographic/market data.
