About the Job
This position offers a competitive salary and numerous career development opportunities. You will be responsible for operating computer and general office equipment, including calculators, copiers, and scanners. Your duties will include typing, filing, copying, answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages. Additionally, you will administer payroll/time entry in SAP/BSIP systems and create requisitions to manage inventory for safety equipment, cleaning supplies, office equipment/supplies, and roadway maintenance materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in customer service, resolving customer issues, and interpreting policies and procedures. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Furthermore, you must have the ability to learn and apply data into in-house computer programs such as SAP and spreadsheets.
