Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct assembly and manufacturing activities to achieve optimal efficiency and economy of operations.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and specifications are met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate existing workers and employees as needed.
  • Provide ongoing assessment of existing workers and employees.
  • Assist in coordination of production schedules to achieve customer satisfaction and optimal revenue and margins.
  • Responsible for the safety of workers and employees on the manufacturing floor.
  • Confer with supervisors and other leads to coordinate activities between departments.
  • Responsible for directing the work effort, conduct, and appraisal of personnel.
  • Enter direct work area data into the EPICOR system.
  • Accountable for reporting the conduct and performance of workers in assigned area to management.
  • Monitor work area material inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for production process.
