Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Database/Web Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D team, you will design and implement data systems with web and database components, analyze and maintain existing databases and web interfaces, and add new features to operational systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data systems with web and database components
  • Analyze and maintain existing databases and web interfaces
  • Add new features to operational systems
  • Implement signal processing and other algorithms with efficient software
  • Test with real data and provide applications to front-line customer facilities
  • Create effective user interfaces and data visualization tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Proficient in modern software engineering practices for testability and readability
  • Proficient in C++ and Python in LINUX environments
  • Proficient in SQL and/or NoSQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Demonstrated ability to design software systems to ensure they achieve functionality, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Skills
  • At least 3 years' experience in software engineering-related discipline
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks including Vue, React, Angular
  • DevOps and Cloud computing Experience (Gitlab, CI/CD, CVE mitigations, Docker, Kubernetes, PIP)
  • Agile development processes
  • Current TS/SCI clearance

Compensation

Starting salary is $92,000 + benefits. Total compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
