At Aerotek, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical and electrical diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Repair and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Operate shop machinery, forklifts, and aerial platform lifts to support maintenance activities
  • Troubleshoot and program VFDs and PLCs to optimize equipment performance
  • Knowledge of steam systems and boiler operations is essential for this role

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
