Compensation: $25.00/hour, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional parts service to customers and technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members via phone and in-person to promote parts and services
- Assist with warehouse operations and deliver parts to customers as needed
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to meet dealership objectives
- 2+ years of experience in parts within the Diesel or Transportation industry is preferred
- Prior experience in counter sales or parts inventory is essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively sell parts and services
- Personable, self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage priorities for high-volume accounts in fast-paced environments
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with GSuite, Excel, and various search engines
- Team-oriented with a calm demeanor and a focus on customer service
- Capable of multitasking and working efficiently
- Willingness to work additional hours as required
- Forklift experience is a plus; training will be provided
- Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform related physical tasks
- Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
