Job Summary:

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Installation Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our professional customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with installers and professional customers to drive sales growth.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both over the phone and online, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Direct the daily activities of delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to company standards.
  • Verify all product and merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed accurately before customers leave the store.
  • Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and ensure all returns are properly tagged and labeled.
  • Assist with front counter and retail counter duties as needed, and help with backroom tasks such as auto-load, returns, and stock.
  • Process customer labor claims efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanics.
  • Above-average communication skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs (desired).
  • ASE Certification (desired).
