Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Lamination Department at Technipaq as a Lamination Machine Helper. This role is a key contributor to our mission of delivering high-quality laminated products to our customers in the Medical, Diagnostic, and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in staging materials and preparing production paperwork
  • Mix batches of adhesives and coatings, and load/unload materials onto Lamination Machines
  • Perform general housekeeping and acquire materials for production runs
  • Collaborate with the Operator to ensure maximum running machine time and quality product output

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of manufacturing/operator experience (plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in complex mechanical tasks (e.g., disassembling machines)
  • Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office
  • Ability to stand/walk/sit for 12-hour shifts
  • Strong basic math skills with the ability to perform calculations
  • Pass a pre-employment ruler test to measure accuracy
  • Physically fit with no restrictions, able to lift up to 65 lbs, and push/pull large rolls of materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous ISO experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
  • Previous experience in the lamination, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry (training provided)
