Position Summary:
The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues related to Electrical, Pneumatic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, PLC, Welding, and Tooling adjustments on manufacturing and production machinery.
- Electrical: Involves wiring control systems, installing replacements, troubleshooting faults, conduit installation, creating new electrical runs, and managing sensors, drives, and motors.
- Pneumatic: Tasks include troubleshooting valves, replacing cylinders, repairing air leaks, and maintaining compressors and dryers.
- Mechanical: Responsibilities encompass resolving mechanical issues, replacing brakes, gearboxes, bearings, and performing lubrication and adjustments.
- Hydraulic: Duties include troubleshooting hydraulic valves, replacing cylinders, fixing oil leaks, and maintaining pumps and motors.
- PLC: Involves troubleshooting and installing replacements.
- Welding: Ensures adherence to quality standards, manages welding equipment, and minimizes rework.
- Tooling: Responsibilities include maintaining tooling precision, ensuring proper fitment, and performing alignment adjustments.
Safety Protocols:
Commitment to safety policies and compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations is essential. Employees are expected to consider the impact of their work on safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust welding parameters for optimal performance.
- Oversee tooling conditions and ensure proper alignments.
- Maintain operational safety devices.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance and Standard work orders as assigned.
- Engage in projects within the Engineering and Maintenance Departments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and environmental projects.
- Repair facility equipment including forklifts, lighting, HVAC systems, and more.
- Complete tasks as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and writing English.
- A minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or engineering.
- Skilled in troubleshooting across various systems including Electrical, Pneumatic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, PLC, Welding, and Tooling.
- Strong attendance record.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to completing assigned tasks.

Physical Requirements:
