Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing process improvements, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead and implement process improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and capacity of manufacturing processes;">
  • Develop, document, and implement manufacturing processes and products using data and statistical tools;">
  • Maintain performance specifications and bills of material for current products;">
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis to drive corrective action;">
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Materials Science;">
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a continuous operation environment;">
  • Strong project management skills and experience working on complex projects;">
  • Proven ability to use DOE and SPC techniques (Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt experience is a plus);">
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and communicate effectively;">
  • Strong understanding of Lean Sigma principles and methodologies.">

Preferred Qualifications

">

2 years of experience in wire & cable manufacturing of thermoplastic or thermoset conductors and project management training or certification are highly desirable.

Salary

">

The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
