Sales Director

DiFilippo is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our organization. With 120 years of industry leadership, we're looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM system.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Clean background and own transportation are necessary.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
