Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consulting services related to the built environment, focusing on specialized testing of building enclosures and structures, forensic evaluations, property condition assessments, and the design of repair solutions for existing infrastructures.
  • Serve as a primary technical resource, offering support to Facilities personnel within the designated region.
  • Key duties encompass:
    • Project oversight and management.
    • Reviewing technical reports for accuracy and compliance.
    • Drafting and evaluating proposals for potential projects.
    • Engaging in business development and aiding colleagues in promoting our services through effective client relationship management.
  • Additional responsibilities may include:
    • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
    • Executing responsibilities at a regional scale.
  • Potential involvement in mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.
  • Participation in the review committee for candidates pursuing Associate Principal designation in Facilities.
Qualifications
  • For Engineers and Architects: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. Candidates with specialized Master-level certifications may hold any Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Must possess Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or a Master-level certification in a specialized area, such as Master Code Professional (MCP), certified by the International Code Council (ICC). Certification must remain current while in this role.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm is mandatory.
