We are currently seeking a skilled Associate Counsel to support our legal team in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
  • Providing legal guidance and support to internal stakeholders during contract negotiations.
  • Advising management on intellectual property issues, including the oversight of the company's patent and trademark portfolio.
  • Enhancing the company's compliance framework and leading initiatives to foster awareness of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing the contract lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and adherence to legal and organizational standards.
  • Assisting with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, by preparing necessary documentation and conducting due diligence.
  • Monitoring compliance with corporate regulations and laws applicable to the organization.
  • Educating team members on relevant legal developments and their implications for our industry.
  • Conducting legal analyses and providing recommendations on risk management and compliance matters.
  • Supporting various legal and risk management initiatives as required.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience:

  • 5 to 12 years of experience in technology-related legal matters, either in-house or at a reputable law firm.
  • A strong background in contract negotiation, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance, particularly in telecommunications and data privacy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission (Arizona preferred) are required.
