Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation to join our dynamic team. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities in a high-energy setting:

  • Deliver practical legal counsel and advocate for clients during the collection process.
  • Commit to producing superior quality work while maintaining ethical standards and achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation and court appearances, including trial proceedings.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the collection of judgments on behalf of clients.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare essential legal documents.
  • Travel to various court locations and manage cases efficiently.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Active membership in the State Bar as a qualified attorney.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local legal frameworks.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution.
  • Strong collaborative and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and exceptional communication abilities.
