Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Provide legal support to internal stakeholders during contract negotiations and offer practical legal solutions.
  • Advise management on intellectual property issues, including the management of patents and trademarks to safeguard the company’s innovations.
  • Enhance the compliance framework of the organization, developing training programs to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle to ensure timely execution and compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
  • Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, by preparing necessary documentation and conducting due diligence.
  • Monitor corporate compliance across the organization and its subsidiaries.
  • Educate team members on relevant legal developments impacting our industry.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 12 years of experience in technology transactions, either in-house or at a reputable law firm.
  • Proven track record in negotiating a variety of contracts, with a focus on intellectual property and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission required, with preference for Arizona.
