About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Promote the value of our services by educating clients on new and expanded offerings
  • Sell our Massage Envy Wellness Program and encourage homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience
  • Be a critical thinker with excellent math, computer skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Have great people skills and be able to establish positive relationships with guests
  • Be a supporter of Total Body Care with a general knowledge of massage, stretch, and skin care services
