About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will also oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.

The ideal candidate will possess a current MA RN license, a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance and employee assistance programs.
