Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Providing direct patient care and developing individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and advance nursing practice
• Educating patients and families about their conditions and treatment options
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care
• Staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and incorporating them into your work

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• BLS certification and ability to obtain ACLS certification if required by department

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
