Position Summary

Established in 2000, Bobby Jones Links is a premier club management and development organization, dedicated to providing exceptional service to private, resort, daily fee, and public golf courses. Our headquarters is located in Atlanta, Georgia, with an additional office in Naples, Florida.

We are currently seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating various cooking equipment, including griddles, grills, and deep fryers.
  • Preparing and cooking meals according to established guidelines; ensuring the quality and quantity of all dishes.
  • Plating prepared dishes under the direction of the senior chef.
  • Collaborating with servers to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Complying with all food safety and handling regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Performing additional related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Precision and efficiency in completing assigned duties.
  • Previous completion of food safety training is preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While executing job responsibilities, employees are frequently required to:

  • Walk, sit, and stand for extended periods; bend, use hands for handling or feeling; communicate verbally and audibly; and maintain various visual acuity requirements.
  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; and perform overhead lifting and pushing/pulling of lighter items.
